Milo S. Sanda, D.O.

Dr. Sanda is a board-eligible, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon with expertise in both operative and non-operative treatment of the spine. His practice concentrates on spinal reconstructive surgery, minimally invasive spine surgery, artificial disc replacement surgery, cervical, thoracic, and lumbar surgery, kyphoplasty and vertebroplasty, and spinal injections.
Before joining Youngstown Orthopaedic Associates, Dr. Sanda graduated Summa Cum Laude from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry. He graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine Bradenton campus with a Doctor of Osteopathy, followed by a Spine Fellowship at the Spine Institute of Louisiana. A native of Cleveland, he is also a proud graduate of St. Ignatius High School.
Dr. Sanda has completed and published research on spinal infections, vertebroplasty, nerve blocks, and synthetic bone grafts. He presented his research at local and national conferences.
Married with three daughters, Dr. Sanda enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, hunting, and fishing.
